With a close‑knit team of around 50 people, the company plans to continue expanding and to launch its own in‑house brand within the next 2‑3 years.

The Role – Graduate Account Manager

This newly created position offers a structured three‑month training program, rotating across marketing, creative, account management, and project management teams. You will be mentored by senior staff and gain hands‑on exposure to the lab and packing line, allowing you to understand the business from the ground up. After training, you will shape your role around your strengths and interests.

Job responsibilities – Graduate Account Manager
Get involved in marketing activities, social media and website content creation.
Support product sampling and product development initiatives.
Assist with account management and client relationship tasks.




Spend time in the lab and on the packing line to understand production processes.
Build your own role over time by identifying where you add the most value.

Job requirements – Graduate Account Manager
Creative, organized and a strong communicator.
A genuine passion for fashion and beauty.
Comfortable using Canva and the Microsoft Office suite.
Team-oriented and hands‑on, and excited about working in a small, tight‑knit team.
