AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with exciting growth plans. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and have recently ramped up operations at the Nullagine Gold Project.

With a bright future ahead, we are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to help develop a skilled, protected and capable workforce.

About the Role

Reporting to the Process Manager, you will be responsible for delivering training and competency assessments across the Processing and Maintenance departments. You will play a key role in ensuring our people are trained, compliant and confident to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

This is a permanent position on an 15 days on, 13 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver site and company inductions.
Develop and deliver competency-based training and assessments.
Conduct workplace competency assessments and training needs analyses.
Develop and maintain operating procedures, training manuals and work instructions.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with site and legislative requirements.




Support training administration and assist with workplace inspections.
Liaise with operational leaders and external training providers.
Provide training support across Processing, Maintenance and other operational teams as required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR Licence desirable).
Minimum three years' mining experience, with exposure to gold processing operations.
Experience delivering workplace training and competency assessments.
Knowledge of mining health and safety legislation and training compliance.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining training records.
