We are a well-established, reputable family-owned Fruit & Vegetable Wholesaler with a legacy spanning 30 years, conveniently located in Burleigh Heads. We supply fresh-cut fruit and vegetable products to food manufacturers and food service operations across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern Rivers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated team player to join our processing team, where precision and adherence to high-quality standards are paramount.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Precision in Fresh-Cut Processing: Utilising machinery to cut fruits and vegetables to specified shapes (to spec) whilst maintaining precision and meeting quality standards.
Weight Management and Packaging: Bagging processed products to specified weights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with packaging standards.
HACCP and Food Safety Standards: Strict adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles and other food safety standards to guarantee the highest level of product safety and quality.
Cold Setting Adaptability: Working comfortably in a cold workplace, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to varying temperatures.
Manual Knife Skills:



Proficiency in manual cutting techniques for instances when machinery is unavailable or undergoing maintenance, ensuring a seamless continuation of the production process.

Additional Skills:
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality in all processed products.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet production targets and deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges that may arise during the processing stages.
