Hakka Foods is looking for motivated Process Workers to join our production team, working full-time hours on a casual basis. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Operating food production and processing equipment
Monitoring production lines to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues
Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
Packing, labelling, and handling finished products
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Assisting with stock control and inventory activities
Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets




Completing production paperwork and records accurately

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
Valuable communication skills and a positive team attitude
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in hot and/or cold environments
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
Flexibility to work across different shifts when required
