Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a Homelessness Case Manager to support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role involves developing and reviewing care plans, providing practical support and referrals, and advocating for housing access while maintaining dignity and privacy.

The position is part time (30hrs/fortnight) with a fixed term, offering salary sacrifice and superannuation advantages. A Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent is mandatory.
