We’re currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a safe, supportive, and home-like workplace for our residents.
Your Role Will Include: Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing
Supporting daily living activities including meals and social engagement
Collaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team culture
Providing exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community What We’re Looking For:
A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged care
Solid communication skills and a friendly nature A team player who is dependable and proactive
Understanding of workplace health and safety A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage
