What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work.
Robust written, spoken, and comprehension English skills.
Ability to provide high‑quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs.
Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore.
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
