The exciting chance as our Clinical Nurse Manager
Joint clinical responsibility of our 129 bed Lake Cathie aged care facility
Provide clinical leadership, direct, empower and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high quality care
Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
Uphold an workplace where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you
Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets clear expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success
Sound understanding the aged care standards and what is required to achieve accreditation compliance
Energetic, passionate and with a positive attitude
Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
