The Shorehouse—one of Perth’s most beloved beachside spots—are on the hunt for a creative, passionate Chef who loves pastry to bring sweet magic to our menus. From refined coastal dining at Gibney to the iconic Shorehouse vibes, you’ll be crafting desserts that hit the table with flavour, flair and a little bit of sunshine.

This role is full time, and while you will be on pastry full time in summer, you will be supporting our team on pans and larder so allround experience is a must.

What we need from you?
Three years' experience in a similar role
Relevant qualifications
Creative and innovative with a genuine passion for your trade
Experience developing new recipes for seasonal menu changes.




Work well in a quick-paced setting.
Team player
Food handler certificate and sound understanding of food safety
