Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and provide advice on auto parts and components to customers and the team.
Manage inventory and parts ordering to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Work closely with mechanics and service technicians to determine the correct parts for specific jobs.
Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs and offering solutions.

Requirements:
Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and work well within a team.




Passion for Mechanical and Auto Parts: Genuine interest in automotive parts and systems.
Logical Thinking: Aptitude for understanding complex mechanical systems and problem-solving.
Pressure Management: Can effectively handle the demands of a busy environment.
Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Auto Parts Interpreter and/or knowledge in automotive mechanics is not required, but will be considered an advantage.
