This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

This is a rare prospect to relocate to Cairns and join a supportive, growing team.

Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping customers identify and source the right parts





Processing sales, orders, and enquiries

Picking, packing, and dispatching parts

Supporting stock control and inventory

Working closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly

Qualifications

Customer service mindset

Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades

Solid communication and attention to detail A hands-on, team-first attitude

Highly regarded (but not essential):

Parts, automotive, or mechanical experience

Exposure to trucks / heavy vehicles

Forklift licence
