Due to an internal promotion, we have a great Pre-sales Engineer role available in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Work with a rapid growth, global success story delivering technical expertise, credibility and legal operations knowledge to the sales process.

You will work with clients at the technical and C Suite level collaborating with the sales team and Senior Leader to ensure sales process rigor from a technical standpoint.

Your knowledge of mid-market or large law operations and previous experience focused on PMS will be highly regarded.

About You
You must have min 5 years working in a similar capacity, pre-sales or implementation
You understand the full process from discovery, design, configuration and testing to go live support.




You have a credible and consultative sales style as the technical expert.
Solid skills in data migration and deep knowledge of API integration.
You can add value and expertise to the bid process.
You enjoy strong relationships with Practice managers, Partners, C Suite including CIO/ CTO/ COO/ CFO.
Project Management skills and or/certification ideally
