Xero is seeking a Senior Payments Counsel to join its global legal team. You will advise on payments and financial services regulation across markets—Australia, the US, and the UK—partnering with product, risk and strategy teams to drive confident commercial decisions.

You will mentor junior lawyers and help scale Xero's payments footprint, building relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders while working in a hybrid setup based in Melbourne or Sydney.
