You'll be working with senior leaders using data to challenge assumptions, identify where problems are building, and shape the strategy to address them.

The business

A quick-growing Australian technology company with a large dataset and an increasingly AI-driven services and products.

It's a business with genuine market momentum — scaled enough to have real data and real customers, early enough that what you build here actually matters.

The role

Newly created, reporting to C-suite. You'll sit at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and senior engagement — translating complex analytics into narratives that land with leadership teams, and shaping how AI and advanced analytics are applied to a growing dataset.

This role exists because the business needs someone who can own the conversation in the room with a solid strategy and data insights focus

What We're Looking For
MBB or top-tier strategy consulting background — this is the primary signal we're hiring against
Commercial storytelling through data
Executive presence and the ability to push back credibly
Experience working with large, complex datasets; exposure to AI or advanced analytics




Domain experience in a relevant field such as health or tech is advantageous but not a prerequisite
