What you’ll do
Plan daily workflow and allocate work efficiently.
Maintain quality control standards and reduce rework.
Support technicians with guidance, troubleshooting, and coaching.
Coordinate with ops/sales on readiness and delivery deadlines.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the floor.

High standards for safety, quality, and documentation.
Explicit communication and calm under pressure.
Nice to have
Experience leading mixed skill-level teams.
Experience with imports/performance vehicles.
