Infotrust is growing our Skilled Services capability and we are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Solutions Specialist to join the team.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure and cloud challenges, working directly with customers, and owning projects from discovery and design through to implementation and handover.

Working across a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects, you will help clients modernise environments, improve operational maturity, and implement scalable, supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects end-to-end
Leading technical discovery and solution design activities
Supporting pre‑sales engagements, scoping and solution feasibility
Delivering migrations and modern workplace implementations
Producing high‑quality documentation, handovers and operational runbooks
Working closely with engineering, delivery and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Intune & Endpoint Management
Networking, backup and disaster recovery technologies
