Community Based Rehab Team Is a local private practice and community based health service in Alice Springs (Established 2020) . The term “CBR” was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is todelivera ‘big picture approach’ to health care services and most importantly advocate for the health needs of members of the community.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a recent allied health skilled to join our team. Excellent opportunities for a Speech Pathologist/Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist or Podiatrist to join our private practice and community based role. This is a exciting and rewarding role. The successful applicants will enjoy working in a fun,
professional and vibrant team delivering top quality services to the Alice Springs and remote Aboriginal communities. Training will be provided. The chosen Allied Health professional will have to be comfortable working within a team and also working independently.
Your role will involve:
Providing high quality evidence based services to help clients achieve their goals.
Writing excellent Reports to advocate for client goals
The role can be flexible (casual/part time/full time).
Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
A pathway to career progressions and roles.
Fuel allowanceor Company Car. Accomodation provided for Locum prospect.
Professional development (CPD) allowance such as external courses to expand your skill set.
Excellent Salary package + Very Generous Bonus Structure
Must be AHPRA Registered or where relevant (SP).
Relocation $7000 (NTPHN).
