Amazon Australia is seeking a Senior Staffing Administrator to lead recruitment and onboarding for fulfillment centers, delivery stations and sort centers across APAC. You will audit compliance, manage Salesforce, eligibility, reporting and Associate Experience, and drive process improvements with cross‑functional teams.

You will coordinate with Workforce Staffing Managers on projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support other duties as required in a quick‑paced setting.
