CGC Recruitment is currently seekingO&G; / construction experienced Mechanical Fittersfor Australia's largest FIFO construction project (WA). This is an excellent prospect to join a large-scale resources project with solid earning potential and long-term work available.

Major greenfield construction project
Long-term project pipeline(2+ years)
Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment across SMP scopes.
Work on turbines, compressors, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
Perform flange management and flange testing to project standards.
Carry out precision tasks including laser alignment of rotating machinery.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.;
Assist with power generation equipment installation and mechanical assemblies.
Complete bolt‑up, torqueing, and mechanical commissioning support.
Maintain strict WHS compliance and protected work practices on site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter within O&G; construction projects
Turbine and compressorexperience in essential
Cert III Engineering – Mechanical
White Card / Construction Industry Card
Working at Heights
Confined Spaces
EWP (above 11m)
