Firewatch Safety Results (FWSR) Group is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 45221) which offers a wide range of Nationally Recognised workplace training and safety related consulting services.

Our state training centre is located in Shepparton, and we also have delivery sites in Bendigo, Laverton North and Mildura.

The role

We are seeking an experienced VET qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our team on a full time basis. The role will be based out of our Bendigo office servicing regional programs from our new, state-of-the-art training facility in Bendigo East, and at customer sites throughout the Loddon and Campaspe region and beyond.

FWSR Group also offer excellent flexibility by delivering a number of training & assessment activities on site for our customers throughout both regional and metropolitan Victoria, so the flexibility to travel is required.

The successful applicant will report directly to the General Manager.

Skills and requirements
Applicants must hold the following qualification, or higher
Current Trainer/Assessor Qualification (TAE40122, TAE40116,



or TAE40110 with the necessary additional units as per ASQA's Standards for RTO's).
Strong consideration will be given to applicants that can show they have the experience and qualifications to deliver Nationally Recognised training in the following fields.
Working Safely at Heights
Confined Space Entry
Breathing Apparatus
Gas Test Atmospheres
Low Voltage Rescue
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Portable Fire Equipment
Be willing to undertake Validation and Moderation activities when required.
Maintain their Career development requirements as per the Standards for RTO’s 2025.
Working with Children Check (essential).
National Police Check (essential).
