Are you an experienced current home sales skilled looking to represent a builder that's known for quality rather than volume?

Our client is an award-winning boutique builder specialising in both project and custom homes. With multiple HIA Awards and a reputation for exceptional design, they create homes that clients are proud to own and excited to share.

As the face of the display home, you'll guide clients from their initial enquiry through to contract signing, delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping them create a home that suits their lifestyle and budget.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience selling new homes within the residential building industry.
A strong technical understanding of residential construction, home design and building processes.
Experience presenting building contracts and confidently guiding clients through the sales process.
A sound understanding of land availability and residential estates throughout Brisbane's northern growth corridor.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own sales pipeline.




Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable transport and the ability to travel to the Lillywood Display Village.
Availability to work weekends as part of a display home roster.
Experience using CRM systems will be highly regarded.
