Randstad has partnered with ALPA to support remote Northern Australian communities with IT services. The Travelling Support Technician role focuses on hands-on field work, maintaining POS, CCTV, NVRs and networking gear, while supporting end-user devices across remote sites and offices.

You will travel to remote communities, assist the Help Desk with ITIL-based incident and asset management, and uphold transparent communication with non-technical users.
