About the Chance

Geosurv is seeking experienced Civil Workers to join our growing Utility Investigations & Maintenance division.

Working alongside our NDD crews, you'll play a key role in delivering excavation support, backfilling and high-quality reinstatement works across major infrastructure and utility projects throughout NSW.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in civil construction, roadworks, utilities or reinstatement environments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist NDD operators with excavation and utility works
Complete backfilling and reinstatement activities
Carry out concrete, asphalt, paving and civil repairs
Operate road saws, concrete coring equipment, jackhammers and compactors
Assist with site establishment and traffic management requirements
Maintain safe and productive work areas
Support crews in delivering projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For
Experience within civil construction,



utilities or infrastructure projects
Competent operating civil construction tools and equipment
Experience completing concrete and asphalt reinstatement works
Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Essential Requirements
HR Licence
White Card
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable and safety-focused attitude

Highly Regarded
Confined Space Entry
Asbestos Awareness
Traffic Control Tickets
Experience working around underground utilities
Plant operating experience
