Full on-the-job training will be provided alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Learn
Service, maintain and troubleshoot Ricoh and Toshiba multifunction devices and associated software solutions
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with office technology equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
Prepare, install and configure devices at customer sites
Develop basic networking and connectivity skills
Provide professional customer support and technical assistance
