7 on 7 off rotating day / night roster

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:




Supervise and coordinate a team of Heavy DieselFitters, Servicepersons, Mechanics and Tyre Fitters
Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
Drive safety and compliance through effectiveleadership and field presence
Lead preventative maintenance and scheduledservicing
Support planning, breakdown response, andcontinuous improvement initiatives
Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenancedata via AMT
Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensurereporting accuracy

What You'll Need
Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field(Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in anopen-cut mining setting
Strong working knowledge of CAT & Komatsu surfacemobile equipment
Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally,and liaise confidently with clients and management
Ability to wear a respirator uninhibited (no facialhair)
