Springbank Secondary College is an cutting-edge, student-centred school that empowers young people to achieve success through high-quality teaching and authentic learning opportunities. From 2027, Springbank is excited to introduce dedicated Special Classes, designed to create specialist learning environments for students with ongoing needs. These students are ongoing enrolments who are transitioning to the recent model during Term 4, 2026.

We are seeking passionate educators to join our Inclusion Team, taking a leading role in our new Special Class model.



The successful applicants will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the wider school community to deliver high-quality, creative teaching and learning experiences that support the growth, wellbeing, and success of all students.
