About the Role
Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint showcases, ceremonies & retrospectives to keep track of the project progress & BAU activities and assisting team with resolution of blockers.
Manage weekly and monthly release activities for the development projects & BAU.
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for development project & BAU activity status.
Conversion of L3 help desk tickets into DevOps product backlog, track & link historical tickets with similar findings.
Prioritize epics, capture efforts, generate features and tasks, assignment to development team.

About You
Must have solid knowledge & experience with Salesforce.
5+ years' experience working as a scrum master
Experience working in the government sector is desirable (not essential)
