Nursery Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Nursery Assistant to join our team - immediate start.

Essential Requirements:
Experience working in a plant nursery or horticultural workplace.
Robust pruning skills and sound plant knowledge.
Current driver's licence (essential).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plant care, maintenance, and propagation.
Pruning, trimming, and general plant maintenance.
Watering, fertilising, and monitoring plant health.
Assisting with nursery operations, including potting, weeding, and stock management.
Loading and unloading plants and materials as required.
Driving between sites or making deliveries when needed.
