The Role
We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Queensland. If you thrive on building solid relationships, spotting recent opportunities, and representing a respected brand, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Strengthen relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and pool professionals
Represent Pool Controls at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Provide market feedback to help shape product development
Achieve sales targets and contribute to our growth strategy
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development or sales (technical/B2B preferred)
Knowledge of the pool industry is a plus, but not essential – we welcome those starting out in BDM roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel within QLD
