About the Role
Play a pivotal role in ‘Changing Lives', by encouraging customers to take the first step in improving their hearing health by promoting free hearing checks
Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve sales and KPIs
Drive new lead generation through in-store customer engagement, and support our existing customer base
Manage store operations including rostering, stock, and procedural compliance
Use data and insights to improve Store performance
About You
Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service leadership
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Results-driven with a focus on superior customer experience
Proactive, organised, and confident working with KPIs
Available for retail hours (including Weekends & Thursday nights)
Training & Support
Two weeks of full-time training in Brisbane (all expenses covered)
