FleetCrew is expanding, and we’re looking for a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Brisbane workshop team.

FleetCrew provides specialist 4WD and commercial vehicles to customers across a number of industries including mining, construction, and leisure industries. This role offers varied, hands-on mechanical work across a large fleet, supported by an experienced and close-knit workshop team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable and ready for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
Servicing and repairing predominantly Toyota 4WDs and commercial vehicles
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing inspections and preventative maintenance
Preparing vehicles for hire and return to service
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Helping maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop




Supporting the wider workshop team when required

What we’re looking for
A qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A current unrestricted manual driver’s licence
A reliable, punctual and practical approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable communication skills and pride in your workmanship
A robust commitment to workplace safety
