To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the Quality Engineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility, accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Work Experience-
At least 15 years' experience in the automation, development and testing fields.
At least 8 years senior or managerial IT experience, as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager of digital products in an agile setting, with experience delivering large programs of work, including operation support.
Demonstrated experience in implementing technical solutions in large scale, complex and distributed environments.
Advanced understanding of all aspects of the technology's broader operational workplace (i.e., processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).
Robust Manual and Automated testing experience, including demonstrated success with implementing Automated Testing solutions
Demonstrated experience with a variety of licensed and open-source automation tools, frameworks, scripting languages (e.g. UFT, Rest Assured, Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium, Cucumber, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Java etc.)




Experience with the agile development process and developing code in alignment with coding standards and business processes.
Demonstrated experience managing automated testing, both in terms of process and tools (e.g., Microfocus ALM, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with creating Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) test automation frameworks compatible with diverse technology stacks.
Demonstrated design and development experience with testing aspects of DevOps including IaC for continuous testing purposes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins or AzureDevOps.
Demonstrated design and development experience with GenAI for test use cases (preferably with OpenAI and LangChain4J).
Solid understanding of engineering principles, products, and services in a hybrid cloud setting, with a technical background.
A proven track record in people management and experience in building and leading teams
