The opportunity
You will advise on a broad range of matters, including:
Private M&A; transactions
Business acquisitions and disposals
Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
Capital raisings and investment transactions
Corporate restructures
General corporate and commercial advisory work
The role offers meaningful responsibility and the prospect to be involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial structuring discussions through to negotiation and completion.
About you
Corporate / M&A; experience gained within a well‑regarded law firm
Excellent academic results
Strong technical foundations and commercial judgement
The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
Valid Australian working rights are required.
