Job Description
Assist in delivering early childhood education programs in line with frameworks and standards.
Support children's development, wellbeing, and daily routines
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging setting.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Monitor and contribute to children's learning and development records.
Ensure all children are supervised at all times with a solid focus on safety.
Assist with general duties including cleaning, laundry, and administrative tasks.

Has an understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
Mandatory Requirements
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement)
National Police Clearance

Level ASS1YQY1 to ASS1YQY3- $66,000 to $72,000 per annum (depending on experience)+ Superannuation.
5 weeks of Annual Leave
Remote Area Housing Assistance ($60 per week for Renting / $90 per week for Homeowner)
Rostered Days Off (RDOs)
Personal (Sick) Leave.
Adaptable Work Arrangement available ( FWA) for the first 12 months:7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30- minute Break)
