Evolve Physio Group is looking for an experienced receptionist to work in our up-to-date and cutting-edge multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic is close to public transport, and surrounded by some of Melbourne’s premier parklands, in the beautiful tree-lined St Kilda Rd precinct.

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated receptionist with a outstanding sense of customer service to join our team. Computer and literacy skills essential, and preferably have previously worked with Allied health or medical software. This is a casual position.

The role will include;
Front Desk duties – greeting patients on arrival, answering phone calls, managing the therapist’s diary, scanning, taking payments
Marketing duties both on & offline
Managing patient communications via all forms of media

Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent time management and task prioritisation
Motivation to be a team player and a wish to join a close-knit team
Willingness to learn, and a proactive nature that allows you to work unsupervised
