Lake St Clair Lodge is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our hands-on team in a small, qualified kitchen within Tasmania's pristine wilderness. You will support day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high food quality across restaurant and cafe service.

Requirements include a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, 10+ years in a commercial kitchen with fine dining experience and solid knowledge of food safety.
