About the role

We're on the lookout for Casual LO & LF Operators to join our Distribution Centre team in Truganina.

Supporting

Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our warehouse to customers and stores across Australia.

With both AM and PM shifts available Monday to Friday, this is a outstanding opportunity for experienced warehouse operators who enjoy working in a quick-paced, team-focused environment. Here's where you come in

As a Casual LO & LF Operator, you'll help ensure stock is received, moved, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely throughout our Distribution Centre.

Key responsibilities include: Operating LO and LF equipment safely and efficiently

Picking, replenishing and moving stock using RF scanners

Loading and unloading inventory

Receiving and processing incoming stock

Building, wrapping and staging pallets for dispatch

Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control

Following warehouse safety procedures and site standards





Supporting the wider DC team with general warehouse duties as required What we're looking for

We're seeking reliable team players who take pride in their work and thrive in a busy warehouse environment.

You'll bring: Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience

Current LO and/or LF licence

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Good time management and organisational skills A positive attitude and willingness to support the team The ability to work safely and follow processes

Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic Qualifications

Essential: Current LO Licence

Current LF Forklift Licence

Full working rights in Australia Desirable: Experience within a quick-paced distribution centre

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems

Inventory control or stock replenishment experience
