Casual Kitchen Hand Wanted – Cook and Archies, Surry Hills
Cook and Archies is looking for a casual kitchen hand to join our team.
You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, supporting the chefs and helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What you'll be doing:
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised throughout service
Assisting with basic food prep as needed
Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
Managing rubbish and recycling
Supporting chefs during busy service periods
What we're looking for:
Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
A robust work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
Ability to stay calm and effective during busy periods
Reliability and punctuality
A team player with a positive attitude
Availability for casual shifts, including evenings and weekends
