Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the barista team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional service.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with customers,

Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the café.
Assist in developing new beverage recipes and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
