Experienced HVAC Resource Estimator required to support maintenance planning, work pack development and resource estimation activities for a major Oil & Gas operator. This permanent Perth-based opportunity offers the chance to work alongside one of the world's largest energy operators supporting critical asset maintenance programs. Prepare labour and material estimates for maintenance activities
Develop and review work packs and job scopes
Support planning, scheduling and reporting activities
Assist with risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Support procurement and contractor planning activities
Monitor costs, resources and workforce requirements
Work with CMMS systems and planning tools What You'll Bring
HVAC or Refrigeration trade qualification
Oil & Gas, LNG or Mining industry experience
Experience with work pack development and estimating
Exposure to SAP, Maximo, Pronto or similar CMMS
Strong planning and resource coordination skills
High level Excel and reporting capabilities
