As the Head Barista at our North Sydney location, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This permanent, full time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to develop their skills in the hospitality and catering industry. You will lead a team of baristas, ensuring high standards of service and product quality, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring efficient service and high-quality beverages.
Train and mentor junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and equipment.
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.




Engage with customers to provide a personalised experience and gather feedback.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Assist in creating seasonal beverage menus and promotional offers.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a barista role or similar customer service position is preferred but not essential.
