Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a motivated Mental Health Pharmacist Grade 2 to deliver specialized clinical pharmacy services across mental health units in Western Sydney. The role involves providing medication management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to patient safety and quality initiatives.
