Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Youth Worker to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, supporting up to 80 trainees in a residential program at Ayers Rock Resort. You will foster connection, safety and a sense of home, mentoring trainees and coordinating practical support within a culturally secure framework.

Youth Worker duties include facility upkeep, daily tasks, and delivering culturally aware activities to enhance wellbeing and personal development during a 12‑month traineeship.
