The role The team at Longboard Accountants is looking for a junior/intermediate accountant with excellent communication skills to join our Ringwood office.
The successful candidate will have completed their business and/or commerce degree, preferably with a major in accounting and have commenced their CPA/CA program. Further to this, candidates should have at least 12 months experience within business or public practice.
The role will entail working as part of a team reporting to the manager and partner and will see you responsible for:
Direct client communication
Financial Statement and Tax Return preparation
Activity Statement (BAS/IAS) preparation
Fringe Benefits Tax preparation
State taxes (e.g. payroll tax)
Annual tax planning
Bookkeeping and payroll
Management accounts preparation
Workflow management
