You're the first face our guests see and the last one they remember. If you've got natural warmth, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for making people feel looked after, we want you on our front desk. As our Accommodation Receptionist, you'll run the guest journey from check-in to check-out — reservations, payments, requests, and everything in between — while keeping the front desk running like clockwork. It's wide-ranging, it's rapid-paced, and no two shifts look the same.

Your Role:
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency
Handle reservations across phone, email, online platforms and walk-ins
Process payments, refunds and guest accounts accurately
Resolve guest requests and complaints on the spot — or escalate when needed
Keep guest records and room allocations up to date, working closely with housekeeping
Liaise across housekeeping, maintenance, F&B; and management to keep guests happy
Promote our bistro, pizzeria, functions and local attractions
Handle daily admin: reports,



reconciliations, shift handovers
Follow hotel policies on privacy, cash handling and WHS; stay calm and capable in an emergency

About you:
A genuine love of hospitality and a can-do attitude
Sharp communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
Reception, front office or customer service experience (hotel experience a plus, not essential)
