Do you love appearing in court? This may be the job for you!
You will be working on a broad range of Commercial and Insolvency disputes under the supervision of a highly commercial practitioner who offers a wealth of expertise for you to learn from. You will be doing appearances in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Federal Court, some of which may be in person or by telephone or audio visual link.
The ideal candidate will have completed their law degree and be admitted in an Australian jurisdiction, a solid desire to learn, and a focus on client service.
Prior commercial litigation experience is preferred but not essential for this position.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or an acceptable work visa.
