Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations
Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
Achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets
Ensure strong store presentation and visual merchandising

About You:
Minimum 1 year retail management experience
Experience leading a small team (2+)
Robust customer service and leadership skills
