Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Author explicit, structured reasoning traces for complex technical tasks — showing how an expert would plan, reason, and act

Document step-by-step decision-making processes that capture real-world logic and tool use

Create high-quality training data that demonstrates reliable, grounded AI reasoning

Evaluate and iterate on your outputs to meet rigorous quality standards

Able to break down complex logical and technical problems into clear, structured steps

Solid analytical thinker with a methodical, detail-oriented approach

Confident written communicator — you can explain technical reasoning clearly and precisely
