What you'll do
Walk small & medium businesses, many recent to the ISO standards, through the certification process in Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
Explain the process in plain language and keep clients confident and on track.
Guide and review compliance documentation alongside our platform.
Be the trusted human face of the tech throughout each engagement.

Genuinely want to help businesses improve their processes and make ISO relevant to their specific business, not create templated slop.
Understand the essence of the ISO standards: the spirit of continuous improvement, and how it can help small businesses run more efficiently and effectively.
No experience within the ISO industry required. We care far more that you're enthusiastic and genuinely want to see businesses improve.
Comfortable with technology and AI.
