Job Description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:
Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapist through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications
Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
Robust organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a wide-ranging caseload
Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
